To sign "Cleats" in American Sign Language (ASL), shape both hands into an 'A' handshape, with knuckles facing each other. Create an arc with one hand moving forward and the other hand moving backward. Next, form fists with both hands and gently tap them together several times sideways. Then, flatten your hands with palms facing downward. Tap the bent hand twice in a small arc under the flat hands.
