To sign "Diaper" in American Sign Language (ASL), raise both hands near your hips. Fold your ring finger and pinky into your palms. Extend your middle and index fingers, tapping them against your thumb a few times. This gesture resembles the action of Velcro or pin snaps used to fasten a diaper.
