To sign "Through" in American Sign Language (ASL), use the following method: Push the right "B" hand edgewise outward between the middle and third fingers of the left hand, which are open and closed over against the forefinger and little finger respectively, and pointing upward.
To sign "Through" in American Sign Language (ASL), extend your right "B" hand, pushing it edge-first between the closed middle and ring fingers of your left hand, which should be upright, with the index and pinky fingers pointing up.
