This is how you sign Notebook in American Sign Language.

Description

To sign "notebook" in American Sign Language (ASL), hold out your non-dominant hand flat with the palm facing up. Form your dominant hand into a fist, then extend your index finger and thumb to touch each other’s fingertips, and pretend to scribble on your flat palm. Next, place your hands together palm-to-palm, keeping your pinkies together, and open your hands as if opening a book.
