To sign "last week," extend your non-dominant hand with the palm facing up. With your dominant hand, form a fist with the pointer finger extended. Run the back of the pointer finger across the palm of your non-dominant hand, starting from the base and moving beyond the fingertips and moving over your dominant shoulder pointing behind your body, to represent something that has occurred in the past.
