To sign "Gum" in American Sign Language (ASL), use your dominant hand to form a bent letter "V" sign and touch your index and middle fingertips to your jaw, bending them up and down. Then, use the dominant "claw-2" handshape on your cheek, bending it back and forth twice while keeping the tips of the fingers of the "V" hand in contact with your cheek.
