To sign "Final" in American Sign Language (ASL), form the "I" handshape with both hands (make a fist with the pinky finger extended). Position your non-dominant hand horizontally in front of you, with the palm facing to the side. Move your dominant hand's pinky downward to touch the pinky of your non-dominant hand.
