To sign "Evil" in American Sign Language (ASL), forming the number 3 sign with the right hand, positioned on the right side of your temple, resembling the ears or horns of a mammal. As you pull both '3' hands down a short distance, bend the fingers that are sticking out, and repeat this gesture with a subtle motion a couple of times.
