To sign "End" in American Sign Language (ASL), use both hands in a "B" handshape. The non-dominant hand remains stationary, usually palm up, while the dominant hand, also in a "B" handshape, moves along the top of the non-dominant hand until it reaches the edge or end of the non-dominant hand and then drops off.
