To sign "Drugs" in American Sign Language (ASL), start with your non-dominant hand held out flat, palm facing up. Use the middle finger of your dominant hand to touch the center of the palm of your non-dominant hand. Twist your middle finger back and forth slightly while keeping contact with your palm.
