To sign "Discuss" in American Sign Language (ASL), hold your non-dominant hand out flat, palm up. Extend your index finger on your dominant hand (other fingers can be closed into a fist). Repeatedly bring the side of your index finger down onto the palm of your non-dominant hand with a quick, tapping motion.
