To sign "Cookie" in American Sign Language (ASL), start with the right (or dominant) hand in a loose "C" handshape. Lower the right hand onto the left hand, then raise it, rotate, and lower it onto the left hand once more. Perform a twisting motion with your right hand, mimicking the action of cutting cookies from dough.
