To sign "Bible" in American Sign Language (ASL), use flat "5" handshapes with slightly bent middle fingers. Tap the middle finger of your dominant hand to the palm of your non-dominant hand, then switch and tap the middle finger of your non-dominant hand to your dominant palm. Finally, bring your hands together, palms touching, and open them like a book.
