To sign “After” in American Sign Language(ASL), shape the dominant hand into a 'B' handshape with palms facing the side, and form a fist with the non-dominant hand, palms facing down. Slide the dominant hand forward over the top of the non-dominant hand.

To sign "After" in American Sign Language (ASL), position your dominant hand into a 'B' shape with the palm facing sideways, and make a fist with your non-dominant hand, palm facing downwards. Then, slide the dominant hand forward over the non-dominant hand.
